Marsh is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations & Technology to join their Operations & Technology Team. The role will be based in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan and involves leading a team of over 80 employees in the contact center. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in operations & technology, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
