Oliver Wyman - Intern - Operations – Paris (France)

Oliver Wyman is seeking high potential interns to join their Operations Practice based in Paris (France) for a six-month internship starting in 2025. The intern will work on simple workstream or standalone projects, with the proper supervision from their management, in various industries. The intern will have the opportunity to develop strong knowledge and expertise in at least one of the Operations domains (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Services Optimization).

Requirements

• Graduate from a top Business or Engineering school
• High interest in Operations, with ideally a first experience in one of the domains (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Services Optimization)
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to build analytics
• Curious and creative mindset
• Dynamic candidate with a strong will in learning quickly and discovering our way of working at Oliver Wyman
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
• Share our values: team spirit, pragmatism, commitment, proactivity and result oriented
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel...)
• Experience on using data mining and data visualization tool is an asset (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx...)
• Fluent in French and English, and additional language(s) would be much appreciated (German, Spanish...)
