Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) in London. The role of the Operations Manager will be to support the business on operational initiatives, drive data analytics, and manage stakeholders.

Requirements

• Capable analytical, organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in business process improvement, problem solving, and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially PowerPoint and advanced excel capacities.
• An understanding of the global medical and protection markets.
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and be a natural problem solver in a demanding work environment.
• Relevant benefits experience gained from working as a Senior Consultant within a Broker or an insurer, managing large and challenging clients is desirable.
