Senior Analyst, Investment (Korean Speaking)

Mercer is seeking a Senior Analyst, Investment (Korean Speaking) to join their Wealth team in Hong Kong. The role involves providing high-quality advisory and client solution services to clients in English and Korean, supporting business development initiatives, and participating in investment advisory projects.

Requirements

• Good academic track record and 3+ years of proven working experience with consulting, banking, financial services and asset management.
• Strong communication, analytical and technical skills.
• Deep understanding of Korean clients and their organizational culture.
• Good knowledge of how to manage their expectations and experience with Mercer.
• Familiar with global firm’s environment and ability to work with high responsibilities and actively participate for teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, attention to detail, ability to exercise sound judgment and independent problem-solving skills.
• Experience of writing or summarizing research reports for market analysis in a professional capacity.
• A team-player attitude and ability to develop relationships.
• Strong self-initiative and curiosity in financial services, self-motivated to seek out knowledge, test ideas and ways to contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude and strong personal management in order to plan ahead for foreseeable tasks and understand own capacity for unforeseeable tasks.
• Demonstrate ability to break down complex problems and offer solutions.
• Ability to complete work independently in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner.
• Attention to detail, organized and ability to multi-tasks.
• Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, Outlook).
