Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst

We are seeking a Compensation Consultant to strengthen the growth of business in the Singapore team. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, building strong client relationships, and conducting analysis on compensation and benefits data.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of prior experience in compensation rewards consulting
• Domain knowledge in Total Rewards across salary structure, grade levelling, job evaluation applications, incentive pay design, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills
