Job Description
Marsh is seeking a Senior Operational Risk and Compliance Manager to join their Pacific People Function. The role will involve managing and enhancing the operational risk and compliance management framework within the HR function of a leading Australian financial services provider. The incumbent will support the PPF in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring people-related risks while aligning with regulatory obligations and the Organisation’s Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management Framework.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk and compliance management frameworks
- Proven experience operating within complex and highly regulated financial services environments
- Experience in end-to-end Business Continuity Plan (BCP) management
- Excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand complex concepts whilst working collaboratively with both the business and wider risk teams
