Technical Claims Advocate

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Energy & Power and Casualty Team at Marsh Risk as a Technical Claims Advocate working in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Requirements

• Strong background in insurance with hands-on claims experience across ISR, Contract Works and Casualty / Liability lines of business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation
• Proven ability to coordinate and maintain productive relationships with brokers, claim handlers, underwriters, external experts and legal counsel
