Job Description
Marsh Commercial is recruiting for a Trainee Insurance Broker to join their March 2026 programme intake. The role involves servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, and handling queries. The position offers a 18-month apprenticeship programme, potential future progression, and a chance to develop advanced industry professional qualifications.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a client/customer facing role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)
- A-Levels (or equivalent)
- University degree educated
- Team player with a willingness to share ideas, knowledge and experiences
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and pride in maintaining a high standard of work
- Keen interest to work in a diverse and collaborative environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
- Ability to work independently
