Job Description
The Refill Authorization and Medication Access Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical support to clinic providers and patients by managing refill authorization requests, select therapeutic alternatives that align with payor formularies, and address medication access related issues, under Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs).
Requirements
- Current California Board of Pharmacy – Licensed Pharmacist
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- Two (2) years of pharmacy experience required
