Apprentice Maintenance Engineer

We are a FTSE 250 Superbrand that creates the foundations of the world around us. We are looking for Apprentice Maintenance Engineers to join our team and help shape the future of Marshalls. We offer a four-year programme delivered in partnership with HETA, combined with hands on mentoring from our site based teams. You will learn how to master heavy industrial machinery, ensuring it runs at peak performance while diagnosing and fixing complex issues as they happen.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science
• A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in how things are built and fixed
• The ability to work in a team as well as on your own
• Must be able to commute to Scunthorpe for your first year and Gainsborough for the following three years
