The role involves mastering heavy industrial machinery, diagnosing and fixing complex issues, and working on high-tech electrical and software systems. The apprenticeship programme is a four-year partnership with Training 2000, with hands-on mentoring and a clear career path to become a Maintenance Engineer with a permanent job.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science
• A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in how things are built and fixed
• The ability to work in a team as well as on your own
