We're looking for a Graduate Operations Executive to join our Car Finance Customer Operations Team. The role involves supporting broker and dealer partners, assessing applicant affordability, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. As a start-up, no two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in online customer support, Collections, Underwriting or Complaints.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work a couple of weekend days per month (with a day off in lieu)
