RAIL SERVICES CONTROLLER

The Rail Services Controller is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and directing the movement of trains on the mainline to ensure schedule adherence and proper train operations. This position requires a high degree of mental concentration, close supervision, and attention to detail. The Rail Services Controller must be able to interpret and implement management policies and operating practices, and perform work that affects business operations to a substantial degree.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical field
• Three years of experience in public transportation, dispatch, or control center environment
• Two years of experience in supervision desired
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to perform appropriately in stressful and emergency situations
• Conscientious, detailed oriented, and high degree of dependability
