AI Tech Leader

The AI Tech Leader at Martell Group will be responsible for building and shipping scalable AI solutions for product development, leveraging LLMs, automation, and AI-native tooling to 10x recruiting workflows. The role requires 4+ years of experience in building and scaling SaaS products or AI tools, strong experience with AI/LLMs, automation, and modern full-stack frameworks, and high standards for code quality, UX, and engineering speed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and scaling SaaS products or AI tools
• Strong experience with AI/LLMs, automation, and modern full-stack frameworks
• Experience shipping products end-to-end in a startup or lean environment
• Deep knowledge of low-code tools, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Ability to work solo in the early stages, scrappy, focused, and autonomous
• High standards for code quality, UX, and engineering speed
