Tractor Technician

Role Overview

Furnish quality major and minor in-house repairs to the Reefer fleet in a timely and efficient manner, while complying with Marten Transport policy and procedure.

What You Will Do

Maintain proficiency in diagnosis and repair of equipment, perform preventative maintenance inspections, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must possess mechanical skills and aptitude, be able to lift at least 50 pounds, and work various shifts and days in all types of climates.

Requirements

• High School Education with one year post high school training preferred or two plus years’ experience in tractor maintenance
• Mechanical skills and aptitude
