We are a family-owned insurance broker looking for a junior customer advisor in the field of industrial insurance. As a team player, you will be responsible for customer care, claims settlement, and contract design. Requirements
- Professional customer care for medium-sized industrial clients
- Customer responsibility for claims settlement and contract design
- Preparation and participation in customer annual meetings
- Negotiations with insurers
- Education as an insurance salesman
- Completed study as a business administrator (ideally)
