Job Description
We are a leading insurance broker in Hamburg, Germany, and we are looking for a Customer Advisor to care for our private customers, create tenders and offers, and process damage settlements. The position involves comprehensive customer care, telephonic and written customer consulting, and maintenance of documents and customer data.
Requirements
- Completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance
- Further training as an insurance broker (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience from a broker's office or insurance company
- Good knowledge of products and conditions on the market
- Experience in customer care
- Independent work and flexibility
