We are looking for a Product Manager to develop insurance products and concepts for our team in the holding at the Lübeck location. The position is responsible for the strategic and operational development of insurance products and concepts, including analysis, market observation, and product development.

Requirements

• Analysis and further development of existing insurance products and coverage concepts
• Observation of market trends, product innovations, and regulatory requirements
• Development of new products, framework agreements, and special solutions in cooperation with insurers
• Creation of product documentation, decision-making documents, and specialist guidelines
• Support of colleagues in specialist queries around products and concepts
• Active participation in projects for process and quality optimization
