Director of Laboratory

The Laboratory Director is responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance programs, maintaining standards and records, and overseeing personnel. The Director must have a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field, and be registered and certified by the Board of Certification (BOC) in the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologist (AMT). One year of experience as a Laboratory Director or section supervisor is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university in Clinical Laboratory Science or related science
• Registered and certified by the Board of Certification (BOC) in the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologist (AMT)
• One (1) year experience as a Laboratory Director or section supervisor
