Occupational Therapist - PRN

An Occupational Therapist provides instruction, support and supervision to assist patients with disabilities or weakened abilities to perform daily activities. They work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy association
• Must have a license to practice occupational therapy by the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy
• Successful completion of an approved course in BLS upon hire and certification maintained throughout employment
• One (1) year experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital or outpatient environment preferred
