Powder Coat Team Lead 2nd or 3rd Shift

Virginia MetalFab is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to fill the role of Powder Coat Team Lead, overseeing powder coat operations and ensuring quality standards are met. As a part of an AWESOME shop team, you will perform various tasks involved in the powder coating process from prepping to spraying, and oversee all powder coat operations to ensure all work is up to quality standards.
