Martin Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Platform Manager to join our growing company. Responsibilities include building employee morale, managing forecasts and plans, developing relationships with OEMs and lending institutions, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Provide positive leadership to build employee morale.
- Obtain, review and recommend improvements for each dealership's manager's forecasts and plans.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the OEMs and lending institutions.
- Ensure department managers are training and supervising employees for optimum effectiveness: including manufacturer training and training
- Responsible for overall facility appearance of locations
- Communicate policies and procedures to all General Managers
- Work with the Marketing Team to develop merchandising strategies and assist in creating an effective, cost-efficient advertising plan
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding customer information and other programs (red flags), all other federal, state and local laws - OSHA, EPA safeguards, 8300, red flags information security program.
- Monitor and safeguard company assets
- Ensure and promote community involvement of dealership employees.
- Resolve any customer complaints that line management has not been able to resolve.
