Job Description
Heavy Equipment Operator position available at Martin Marietta in Earlham, Iowa, with competitive hourly wage, drive time pay, mileage pay, and $175 per diem pay. Responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing maintenance, and adhering to safety rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Must be able to or willing to learn to operate all other mobile equipment
- Assist in plant repairs and clean-up
- Perform pre-shift safety inspection on equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and service mobile equipment
- Responsible for good housekeeping of equipment
- Adhere to MSHA and plant safety rules and regulations
- Perform duties with minimum supervision
