Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing a team of Quality Associates and Technicians to ensure all operations meet stringent internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Quality within Construction or Heavy Building Materials.
• 2+ years of Supervisory experience in Quality Leadership
• CAPA (A, B, C, E) certification is required.
• Detail oriented
• Process protocol and process control
• Resource management
• Effective communicator (written and spoken)
• Time management
• Microsoft Office and StonemontQC
