Workday Security Administrator

The Workday Security Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Security, ensuring data integrity and compliance. This role involves establishing security roles, permissions, and access controls within the Workday system, collaborating with business partners, and troubleshooting security issues. The position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in HR, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of Workday experience in various functional areas (HCM, Benefits, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, Reporting)
• 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring security for Workday HCM modules, including business processes security and integration security groups.
• 2+ years of statistical or data analysis experience using Report Writer, Excel, and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in creating custom security groups, configuring security policies, and managing domain permissions.
• Experience with Authentication Policies, Single-Sign-On, and MFA.
• Strong security experience in role-based and custom security creation
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and documentation/project management abilities.
