Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, developing product expertise, and processing orders and quotes. You will also collaborate with Outside Sales representatives to drive customer growth and analyze sales data to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft AX (plus)
- Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and on a computer
- Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
