Welder - 1st Shift

We are looking for skilled Welders to join our team at Martin Sprocket & Gear, where we value precision and innovation. As a Welder, you will perform MIG welding, production tasks, and other duties to ensure quality and excellence in our mechanical power transmission components, material handling systems, and custom forgings.

Requirements

• MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with Flux Core welding
• Familiarity with grinding tools, drill presses, and ironwork
• Basic oral communication skills
• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components
• Ability to work scheduled hours and adhere to company timekeeping and all other policies
• General mechanical knowledge
