Member Accountant - Accounts Receivable

The Membership Accountant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for Martis Camp members by managing all aspects of accounts receivable with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Manage membership receivables and issue monthly member statements
• Handle member communications, follow collection procedures, and prepare outgoing correspondence
• Bill, reconcile, and recognize member dues and assessments
• Support the CFO with month-end close through account reconciliations and balancing subsidiary ledgers
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Issue year-end 1099B statements to resigned golf members
• Record and reconcile Foundation contributions
