Quality Coordinator

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring a Quality Coordinator to support quality at our Extrusion plant, where we manufacture composite materials used in the Marvin Window and Door products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or associate degree is helpful but not required
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to quality, inspection, or production processes
• Experience using computers and systems to enter, track, and review data with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to read and understand prints, specifications, and other technical documents
• Strong attention to detail, ability to stay organized, and confidence communicating clearly with operators and cross-functional teams
