- SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS (detailed): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, proficiency in English, knowledge of manufacturing techniques and machine programming, knowledge of aerospace materials, understanding of MIL-STD and ASME Y14.5 GD&T, experience in CAD software CATIA or Pro-E, and MS Office knowledge
