Job Description
Marvin Engineering Co. is seeking an SAP Business Analyst III to support data-driven decision making. The BA will design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions using SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) and SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), gathering business requirements and delivering dashboards and reports. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, IT Team, and data owners.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience or BA/BS working experience (8+ years).
- Solid knowledge of business processes (SD, PP, MRO)
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Proven effectiveness in business process documentation and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Lean principles.
- Individual needs to exhibit Marvin values and be a self-starter.
- Strong customer focus.
- Attention to detail.
- Individual needs to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must read/write/speak English.
