Job Description
Marvin Engineering Co. is seeking a Subcontracts Specialist to identify and engage potential contract sources, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance. The specialist will analyze supplier work share, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead strategic reviews. This role focuses on sourcing, contract management, and supply chain risk mitigation within a highly regulated environment. It requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of negotiation or related experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in negotiation or contracts.
- 2 years of experience in either Aerospace, Defense, or another highly regulated industry.
- Strong analytical skills, cost and price analysis, and proactive identification of key market trends.
- Excellent contract negotiation expertise.
