SUPERVISOR QUALITY CONTROL

The Marvin Group is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee and work alongside inspectors and inspector leads providing dimensional inspection support. The successful candidate will ensure product compliance to MEC requirements and processes, procedures, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• High School graduate diploma or a General Educational Development (GED) certificate
• Certification in GD&T required and/or 5 years of basic GD&T experience
• Five years minimum experience as a QC supervisor
• Certifications in relevant ASQ areas, or college degrees in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or other technical fields are a plus
• Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
• Able to perform basic math skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with others and be a team player
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to perform basic computer tasks and have proficient typing skills
• Familiarity with SAP a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to lift a minimum 35lbs.
