Job Description
The Radiology (X-Ray) Technologist is responsible for preparing patients for radiology examinations and performing routine radiographic procedures. The technologist must adhere to departmental policies and maintain a safe environment for patients and personnel. The role also involves instructing students and supporting the MWH School of Radiologic Technology and Radiology cross-training program.
Requirements
- ARRT registered or registry-eligible in Radiologic Technology
- Completion of accredited two-year program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
- VA State Radiologic Technologist License
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers
