iLEAD: Community Site Leader

Community Site Leaders work closely with Baltimore community sites and their leaders to facilitate arts-based support measures through a year-long commitment. They plan, organize, and facilitate art opportunities throughout Baltimore City at sites such as schools, neighborhood art centers, and rehabilitation/transitional housing facilities.

Requirements

• Commit to a one-year experience, working an average of 2-6 hours per week
• Attend mandatory trainings, bi-weekly meetings, and professional development workshops
• Complete mid-term, intersession, final evaluations of their work with the community site
