Job Description
The Office Assistant role for MICA's PreCollege Art and Design Program involves supporting logistical planning, communication, and office management. The successful candidate will assist with the implementation of the PreCollege programming, model and enforce program policies, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
- Ability to maintain excellent and mature judgment
- Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of MICA's campus, equipment, resources and inclusive community values
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
Benefits
- 20-40 hours per week
- $15 per hour
- Housing is provided but optional
- Meals provided while on shift for in-person program
