Director Access, Belonging and Culture

Marymount University is seeking an experienced Director of Access, Belonging, and Culture to provide senior-level leadership for institutional efforts that advance equitable access, inclusive excellence, and global engagement within a higher education setting.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field (Doctorate preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in disability support services, including supervisory and leadership experience in higher education
• Demonstrated expertise in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, ADA, and related federal accessibility laws and regulations
• Experience with budget planning, fiscal management, and resource allocation in a higher education setting
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including staff supervision, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Proven knowledge and experience in program assessment, outcomes measurement, and continuous improvement
