Job Description
The Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, initiate assessment and treatment plans, and work collaboratively with the clinical team. The role involves coordinating patient care, collaborating with healthcare providers, and practicing medicine within quality standards.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing degree
- Active NP/PA license in the District of Columbia and/or Maryland
- Current national board certification
- At least three (3) years of experience practicing medicine
- Experience working in a community health setting and/or with immigrant or economically disadvantaged populations (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (required); additional language proficiency or fluency in Spanish (strongly preferred)
