Job Description
The Executive - Human Resources is responsible for ensuring timely completion of payroll processing, facilitating overall HR and Administration Processes, and promoting a sound work-culture. The role involves ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality in documentation, completing employee relations initiatives, and establishing a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or Human Resources
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR
- Sound communication and negotiation skills
