Job Description
Silueta (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an Executive - Industrial Engineering to conduct IE projects, identify effective work methods, and improve operational standards while ensuring optimal resource usage.
Requirements
- Liaise with the PDC department during the sample development process
- Coordinate the pre-production process and pilot-production run for new styles
- Ensure style analyses are carried out and verified, and relevant information is obtained
- Prepare layouts and operational breakdowns, and ensure implementation of effective work methods
- Organize special training programs for supervisors and operators
