Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading two established teams, providing continuity in leadership, delivery, and team development.
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams in a product-led, SaaS environment
- Background in software engineering
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with team members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work across teams and time zones
- Experience owning delivery outcomes end-to-end
