QA Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional software quality by creating detailed test strategies and cases, collaborating with product management, and maintaining and extending test frameworks.

Requirements

• Proficient in Java/Kotlin for writing and maintaining automation scripts
• Familiar with Kafka connectors, consumers, and producers
• Strong manual testing skills with experience in automated testing of complex systems
• Skilled in developing test strategies and cases for cross-functional features in complex environments, ensuring appropriate test coverage across the delivery cycle
• Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman and browser debugging tools
• Collaborative with developers on testing features and advocating for QA processes
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation into deployment workflows
• Knowledgeable in BDD and TDD, with the ability to explain their concepts effectively
• Experience in using AI tools practically to improve productivity
• Independent, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and methodologies
• Able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, advocating for QA best practices
