Job Description
Traditional practice in internal medicine, hospitalist position in Richmond, VA. Maintain continuity of care by seeing patients in the hospital and post-acute follow-up in the clinic/SNF. Ability to grow with the company into leadership positions.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine (or Board Eligible if coming out of training)
- Ability to create comprehensive and coordinated plans of care across all settings
- Collaborative skills with hospitals and care management teams
