Laboratory Director

We are looking for a versatile Laboratory Director to help our client set off their operations and ramp up quickly. The experienced Lab Director will work with management to utilize their expertise and build the facility ground up, manage day-to-day laboratory operations, and ensure meeting highest standards and deliver the best quality of services to clients.

Requirements

• Work in consultation with the management to turn the facility into a fully functional testing laboratory
• Collaborate, coordinate, manage laboratory personnel, technicians, and supervisors
• Instruct laboratory personnel, technicians, and supervisors on specified tasks and encourage laboratory best practices
• Ensure successful participation of the lab in proficiency testing program
• Assess and advise the management regarding available staff and the necessity for recruiting new talent
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance programs are implemented
• Provide proper reporting to clients regarding the quality of test results and testing methodologies used
• Establish and maintain a client identifying system and methods for billing clients
