Mashgin is looking for an HR and Operations Generalist who will serve as the "connective tissue" of our People function, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and supportive employee experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or an HR Generalist role
- International Exposure: Familiarity with managing international contractors or employees through EOR platforms (e.g., Deel, Remote, or Rippling)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
