Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through daily cycle counts, reconciling counts, analyzing variances, and reporting on data. This role ensures efficient operation of the warehouse and adherence to company procedures. The position involves meticulous data management and collaboration with management and Finance.

Requirements

• Conduct cycle count activity in raw materials and finished goods areas.
• Audit counts as needed.
• Reconcile counts and analyze variances.
• Maintain inventory rotation based on FIFO.
• Report all cycle count data to management.
• Review and research ABC classifications.
• Maintain file and system management for cycle counts.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues.
• Cooperate with Finance in audits.
