Job Description
The Operations Analyst will play a key role in enabling the company’s Operations to function by leveraging process and method enhancements. The role involves managing tasks, providing strategic input on process improvements, evaluating systems, training and communication, and defining process workflows. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective collaboration.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a related field
- Previous project management experience
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving ability
- Independent starter with critical thinking skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must be able to interface with various business functions and management levels
- Strong understanding of Operations in a global medical device manufacturing environment
