MASS MoCA is seeking a Senior Manager, Real Estate to play a central role in activating and supporting the museum's leasing campus. The position requires someone who is comfortable working across domains, ensuring campus spaces, tenants, and initiatives operate cohesively while supporting MASS MoCA's broader strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, real estate or property management, community engagement, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with tenants, real estate professionals, community partners, government entities, or other external stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, tenants, community partners, and external stakeholders
