Project Manager 2, Construction Administration

The Project Manager 2 works with a motivated team to manage multiple core program projects independently with minimum supervision. The role involves reviewing design submittals, project funding amendments, and district submittals, as well as conducting site visits and reviewing change orders.

Requirements

• Manage project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and scope
• Conduct site visits of MSBA projects during construction
• Review design development documents, budget, and schedule for funded projects
• Review budget revision requests and cash flow
• Lead project meetings and review change order documentation
• Review reimbursement applications and prepare recommendations for approval of final grant payment
• Participate in Capital Planning and Construction Administration subcommittees and procurement committees
• Develop and deliver MSBA training and public outreach presentations and/or publications
