The Attorney General is looking for a highly motivated attorney with extensive prosecutorial experience to handle narcotics and firearms investigations and cases within the Enterprise & Major Crimes Division of the Criminal Bureau.
Requirements
- Must be a practicing attorney and a member of the Massachusetts bar.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in state criminal practice, including grand jury investigations, motion practice, and trials.
- Ability to handle a large and advanced caseload and with substantial Superior Court experience.
- A background in handling narcotics-related investigations and prosecution is preferred, with extensive experience and knowledge in reviewing search warrants and wiretap warrants.
- A valid Massachusetts driver’s license is required, as travel is necessary to various courts.
